Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) limit?
No, we do not have an MOQ limit. A 1-piece sample order or small quantities are available.
What about the Lead Time?
Standard product lead times: Samples take 3-5 days, while bulk orders take 3-4 weeks. Customized products require 3-4 weeks for both sample and bulk orders. Products in our warehouses are ready to ship immediately once payment is confirmed.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
We offer multiple shipping methods: By air door-to-door (6-12 days via FEDEX, UPS, or DHL) for urgent small orders; by sea door-to-door (25-50 days) for bulk shipments; by sea to the delivery port (20-35 days); or by air to the airport (3-5 days).
Does the BMS have low temperature charging disconnect protection?
Yes. Our built-in BMS features low-temperature cut-off protection to shield the battery from damage and extend its lifespan. Low-temperature charging cut-off triggers at 0ºC ± 4ºC (32°F ± 39.2°F), and discharging cut-off triggers at -20ºC ± 4ºC (-4°F ± 39.2°F).
What options are available for charging LiFePO4 batteries?
We recommend using a specialized lithium iron phosphate 4-string (14.6V) charger. Alternatively, you can charge using photovoltaic solar panels via an MPPT controller, or use an inverter equipped with a built-in AC to DC charging function.
Are your LiFePO4 batteries safe?
Yes, our batteries are highly safe. They are made with automotive-grade cells that feature a stable lithium iron phosphate chemical structure, making them resistant to burning or exploding even under high temperatures, short circuits, or impacts. They include integrated BMS protections against overcharge, deep discharge, overload, overheating, and short circuits, including a high-temperature automatic disconnect at 75°C (167°F). They are CE certified and do not contain heavy or rare metals, making them eco-friendly green batteries.
