Our BMS is a complete set of communication functions, supporting RS485, RS232 and CAN-BUS communication protocols.

We can also customize the communication content according to the protocol information which customers provide. Customers can through the host computer software to monitor the batteries, and check the working status of each cells and set specific parameters on the computer.

What are included for a battery or pack, may I buy charger from you?
Battery case, BMS, battery pack, and customized connectors are included. You can also purchase matching chargers directly from us.
How long frequency does recharge the battery?
Usually we recommend recharging the battery pack every 2 months. To charge the battery fully depends on the charger current you use: a 20A charger can charge a 12V 100Ah battery to full in 5 hours, while a fast 50A charger can complete it in 2 hours.
What's the sample lead time and bulk order delivery?
Fast delivery: If small quantity, orders can be finished in 3-5 days after payment. Bulk orders take 10-25 days depending on the quantity.
Shipping: For sample orders or small battery packs, we ship by express through FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. If the whole package is over 50KG, we can ship by sea, which is more cost-effective.
What is your warranty?
We offer a 10-year warranty for all our LiFePO4 battery packs depending on the operating situation. We ensure at least 6,000 cycle life for the LiFePO4 battery pack, which means it can be used for at least 10 years with normal 1-time daily charge and discharge.
Can I customize the size of the battery?
Yes, custom dimension configurations are available provided your order quantity meets the requested MOQ.
Can we put different LiFePO4 battery packs in parallel or series by ourselves?
Yes. The battery packs can be connected in parallel or series by customers. However, please pay attention to the following instructions:
  • 1. Make sure the voltage of each battery is the same before putting them in parallel. If not, charge them to the same level first.
  • 2. Do not combine charged and discharged batteries in parallel, as it reduces the overall capacity of the system.
  • 3. Advise us of your target capacity of the whole pack if you plan to connect them in series so we can choose the suitable BMS.
  • 4. If you are not experienced with parallel and series configurations, please avoid manual assembly to ensure safety and cycle life.
