Q How about the warranty? What will you do if the inverter has a problem during 1 or 2 years? If refund, should I return the goods?
A The inverters are of 1.5 years warranty. During the warranty period we offer you free replacements for parts, with no need to send them back to China. If the warranty period has expired, we will offer support but you need to pay for the parts component cost.
Q How long is the delivery time if I order? How soon can you send out the goods?
A Some of the inverters are in stock. To make new inverters takes 1-2 weeks, and ODM/OEM options take 4-5 weeks for customization.
Q What happens if I meet a problem during installation? Will you support and how?
A Yes, we are 24 hours online to help. Please contact us should anything need support, whether it is technical service or after-sale assistance.
Q Do you provide other solar products besides the Pure Sine Wave Inverter?
