Our BMS is a complete set of communication functions, supporting RS485, RS232 and CAN-BUS communication protocols.

We can also customize the communication content according to the protocol information which customers provide. Customers can through the host computer software to monitor the batteries, and check the working status of each cells and set specific parameters on the computer.

Q What is included in a battery or pack? May I buy a charger from you?
A battery case, BMS, and battery pack are included. You can also purchase customized connectors and chargers from us.
Q How often should the battery be recharged?
Usually, it is recommended to recharge the battery pack every 2 months. The time to reach full charge depends on the charger current you use: a 20A charger can fully charge a 12V 100Ah battery in 5 hours, while a fast 50A charger can do it in 2 hours.
Q What is the sample lead time and bulk order delivery? How long does shipping take?
Fast delivery: Small quantities can be completed in 3-5 days after payment. Bulk orders take 10-25 days depending on quantity.
Shipping: For sample orders or small packs, we ship via express courier (FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.). If the total parcel is over 50KG, we can ship by sea, which is more cost-efficient. You can share your nearest airport or seaport details to check the best options.
Q What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 10-year warranty for all our LiFePO4 battery packs for different situations. We ensure at least 6,000 cycle lives for the pack, meaning you can use it for at least 10 years under normal daily 1-time charge and discharge operations.
Q Can I customize the size of the battery?
Of course, yes, provided your quantity meets our workable MOQ.
Q Can we connect different LiFePO4 battery packs in parallel or series by ourselves?
Yes, the battery packs can be connected in parallel or series. However, please pay attention to these guidelines:
1. Ensure the voltage of each battery is the same before connecting. Charge them to the same rate if they differ.
2. Do not mix charged and discharged batteries, as it can reduce the capacity of the entire pack.
3. Advise us of your target capacity requirements before ordering so we can supply the suitable BMS.
4. If you are not a professional with parallel/series configurations, please avoid handling it yourself to prevent danger and maintain battery cycle life.
