Q1What are your payment terms?
We require 30% advance payment via T/T, and the remaining 70% must be paid in full prior to shipment. Other payment methods are negotiable.
Q2What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Small batches are accepted for trial orders. For standard orders, a full container load (FCL) or full pallet load (FPL) is required, but this is negotiable.
Q3What international certifications do your products have?
All major certifications are available, including CE, IEC, TÜV, ISO, UKCA, UN38.3, MSDS, and others.
Q4What is your product warranty policy?
We offer a 12-year warranty on modules and a 25-year power output warranty. For inverters and energy storage systems, the standard warranty is 5 years, which can be extended.
Q5How do you package your products for shipping?
We use cardboard boxes or wooden crates with shock-absorbing corner protectors and fumigation-free pallets, all compliant with international long-distance shipping requirements.
Q6What is your lead time?
For standard orders, lead time is 7–25 business days after receipt of the prepayment. Lead times for custom products are subject to separate negotiation.
