A1: A standard pack includes the battery case, BMS, and battery pack. Customized connectors and chargers are also available for purchase.
Q2: How often should the battery be recharged?
A2: Usually, it is recommended to recharge the battery pack every 2 months. The duration required to reach a full charge depends on the output current of your charger (e.g., a 20A charger can fully charge a 12V 100Ah battery in 5 hours, while a fast 50A charger takes 2 hours).
Q3: What are the lead times for samples and bulk orders, and how is shipping handled?
A3: For small quantities or samples, orders can be finished in 3-5 days post-payment. Bulk orders typically take 10-25 days depending on total quantity. Small battery packs are shipped by express courier (FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc.). If the weight exceeds 50KG, air or sea shipping can be selected, with sea shipping being the most cost-efficient option.
Q4: What is the warranty and expected cycle life of the battery pack?
A4: We offer a 10-year warranty for our battery packs under various application situations. The LiFePO4 battery pack ensures at least 6000 cycles, providing a reliable service life of at least 10 years with standard daily charge and discharge cycles.
Q5: Can we put different LiFePO4 battery packs in parallel or series by ourselves?
A5: Yes, the batteries can be placed in parallel or series. However, please follow these precautions: 1) Ensure the voltage of each battery is identical before setting up. 2) Do not connect a fully discharged battery with a charged battery in parallel. 3) Consult with us about the target capacity of the entire pack so we can match the appropriate BMS. 4) If you are not a professional, avoid handling parallel or series connections manually to ensure safety.
Q6: Can the battery pack be used for a car engine?
A6: The battery pack contains a BMS and can be used for low-speed electric vehicles or as auxiliary power in standard cars. Do not use it directly for starter engine power of standard cars, as this requires a more specialized BMS design.
